The first picture below is a letter that was mailed in 1970 to my parents while I was in basic training at Fort Dix, New Jersey. Six months later I was serving in Vietnam.
The four pictures below the letter are scans of a four page brochure that the Army included in the envelope along with the letter to my parents.
